The tortillas need to be refrigerated and are labeled with a "best if used by" date of three weeks from the date the tortillas are made. The tortillas can also be frozen which is very helpful for our out of state customers. They will last months frozen with no quality deficiencies when thawed. Additionally, the tortillas are made to order and shipped fresh.

In order to maintain optimal freshness, we ship our tortillas Monday through Thursday. Once shipped, approximate delivery time is 2-3 business days.
