Caramelo ships to all US states. In order to maintain the freshness of our product, we do not ship internationally, or to Canada. We utilize USPS and FedEx to provide the best shipping rates depending on the size of your order and its final destination. If you plan to order more than 20 dozen tortillas at once (and good for you), please contact us for a custom shipping quote. In the event of a lost shipment, we will send you a replacement at no cost. To promote optimal freshness, we ship our tortillas Monday through Thursday. Orders received after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following week. Once shipped, approximate delivery time is 2-3 business days.
We accept cancellations. Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase to cancel your order. Please note that orders will ship to the address you provide at checkout. If for any reason you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us ASAP with the new address. We will confirm the change with you via email.
100% customer satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your tortillas, please notify us within 10 days of your purchase by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to either send you a replacement or issue you a refund minus the original shipping charge. Because this is a perishable product, we do not accept returns.
